My website is slow, acting funny or I cannot access it, what can I do?

To determine why your website is not working we will conduct a bit of trial and error. Let's go through this together:

The first step will be to check if the website doesn't work for everyone, or only for you. To do this let's start with the easiest fix and work our way down.

Step 1: Check to see if your you are able to access other websites without any problem. This step can mostly be ignored if you are reading this during your issue, as this will show that you can access the internet. If you have determined that your internet is functioning properly, move to Step 2.

Step 2: Check your website from a different device, and see if you can access it. Pick up your phone, tablet, laptop, or another computer near you and check to see if you can access the website. This will help determine if there is an issue with your personal device. If you are able to access the website from a secondary device, try to delete your browser history and cache, then restart your computer and try to access it again. If you are still experiencing the issue, or cannot access it with a second device, move on to Step 3.

Step 3: If you have checked the website from multiple devices, and are still not seeing the website, the next step would be to try to access the website from a secondary location or network. Sometimes the website may flag your activity as malicious, and block your access to the website, when this happens any computer connected to your network will experience the issue. The easiest way to check this would be to disconnect your phone from the wifi and try to access the website through your 3G/4G connection, or stop by a coffee shop and try to connect from there. If this fixes your problem, then your ip address is probably blocked from the server. Please go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ copy the ip address that appears at the top of the page, and then copy and paste that in a ticket titled [IP Unblock Request]. If this is not your issue please move to Step 4.

Step 4: If you are still experiencing issues connecting to your websites, and all the other steps did not work for your, the final step would be to fill out a ticket, explaining that you have completed all 4 steps and still can't see your website. We will be able to narrow it down further from there.
